Tart ɗin ƙwai
"Abincin Gargajiya na Birtaniya" Tun daga zamanin Tsakiya, Turawan Birtaniya sun yi amfani da madara, sukari, ƙwai da kayan ƙanshi daban-daban don yin abinci irin na tarts ɗin ƙwai. Tart ɗin ƙwai na Youzhi shi ma yana ɗaya daga cikin abincin liyafa ta shida ta Manchu da Han a China a ƙarni na 17.
Cikawar meringue tarts ba wai kawai manyan tarts ne na ƙwai (ƙwai na sukari) ba, har ma da nau'ikan tarts ɗin da aka haɗa da wasu kayayyaki, kamar tarts ɗin madara mai sabo, tarts ɗin citta, tarts ɗin farin ƙwai, tarts ɗin cakulan da tarts ɗin gida na tsuntsaye, da sauransu.

Ya ƙirƙiri tatar ƙwai ta Portugal mai shahara.
Ɗanɗanon yana da laushi da kauri, cikar yana da wadata, kuma ƙamshin madara da ƙwai shi ma yana da ƙarfi sosai. Duk da cewa ɗanɗanon yana da laushi bayan laka, yana da daɗi kuma ba mai ba.
