Baguette bread

The recipe for baguettes is very simple, using only four basic ingredients: flour, water, salt and yeast.

No sugar, no milk powder, no or almost no oil. The wheat flour is unbleached and contains no preservatives.

In terms of shape, it is also stipulated that the bevel must have 5 cracks to be standard.
