1. The product variety and quantity are small

Most of the domestic production is based on single-machine, while most foreign countries are supporting production, and few stand-alone sales. On the one hand, the varieties of domestically-made equipment cannot meet the needs of domestic food machinery enterprises. On the other hand, the profitability of single-machine production and sales in the machinery factory is meager, and the high benefits of complete equipment sales cannot be obtained.

2. Poor product quality

The quality gap of food machinery products in my country is mainly manifested in poor stability and reliability, backward shape, rough appearance, short life of basic parts and accessories, short trouble-free operation time, short overhaul period, and most products have not yet developed reliability standard.

3. Insufficient development capabilities

my country’s food machinery is mainly imitated, surveying and mapping, with a little localization improvement, not to mention development and research. Our development methods are lagging behind, and now better companies have carried out the “planning project”, but few really use CAD. The lack of innovation in product development makes it difficult to improve. The production methods are backward, and most of them are processed with outdated general equipment. New product development is not only small in number, but also has a long development cycle. In business management, production and processing are often emphasized, research and development are ignored, and innovation is not enough, and products cannot be provided in time to keep up with market demand.

4. Relatively low technical level

Mainly manifested in the low reliability of products, slow technology update speed, and few applications of new technologies, new processes and new materials. my country’s food machinery has many single machines, few complete sets, many general-purpose models, and few equipment to meet special requirements and special materials. There are many products with low technical content, and few products with high technical added value and high productivity; intelligent equipment is still in the development stage.

With the acceleration of people’s daily work, the abundance of nutritious and health food, and the increasing awareness of environmental protection, many new requirements for food machinery will inevitably be put forward in the future.
